Custom artworks are created through a carefully planned and time-intensive process that includes concept development, design discussions, material preparation, artistic execution, and proper curing or finishing. Each custom piece is crafted specifically according to the client’s requirements, making every artwork unique.
Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design, size of the artwork, materials used, and current project schedules. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the consultation or confirmation stage.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and the creation process has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, as the artwork is produced exclusively for the client.
Please note that minor variations in texture, color, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the work and the characteristics of artistic materials. These subtle differences are not considered defects but are part of the authenticity and individuality of a custom artwork.
