Return & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color, texture, or appearance. As stated in our artwork representation policy, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or material characteristics, and these are not considered defects.

Returns

At our studio, each artwork is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. As most pieces are original, made-to-order, or limited in nature, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly assist with a replacement.
To request a replacement:
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and videos of:
  • The damaged artwork
  • Packaging (outer and inner)
  • Shipping label
